Monitoring and Incident Management
In order to help our Help Desk Operators provide a better service, we developed the ITS Monitoring and Incident Management tool. This Windows based program is used for the monitoring, administration and management of self-service systems under our care.
Help Desk Operators are presented with an intuitive graphical overview of the self-service network. The program provides a live-time summary of all open service calls, tools to troubleshoot hardware and software related issues with a ticket management system while also capturing current and using past service information.
This system allows us to provide weekly and monthly Service Level Agreement and Performance reports to our customers. Information is sourced from the Ticket Management system by device type, location, zone, ATM availability, and service level measurement appropriate to specific customer entitlements.
Europay MasterCard Visa (EMV)
Europay MasterCard Visa (EMV) recently mandated a change relating to liability for fraud losses on ATM transactions within Australia.
To obtain EMV compliance for machines under our care, we have implemented EMV functionality for client ATMs. This ensures ATMs are capable of reading security chips on cards and ensuring backend systems are capable of delivering EMV transactions to the applicable payment networks.
