Our Call Management Centre is a single point of contact for all customer service and support. It’s based right here in Australia, and operates from 5am until midnight, every day of the week. Our customers can also log service requests by email 24/7.
Our Call Management Centre team work closely with you and field staff to ensure issues are resolved as quickly as possible, and in line with service level agreements.
As every Call Management Centre team member has direct access to the caller’s closest local service team, they can quickly dispatch an appropriate level of support.
