Our Technical Support Group is a single point of contact providing advice, information and support to our technicians in the field.
Our Technical Support Group team are highly skilled hardware and software professionals working on leading edge ATM and retail technology. Their support helps our field technicians diagnose and resolve issues faster, increasing the availability of your machine for your customers.

Our Technical Support Group allows us to make great use of the skills and knowledge our extended team has. It also means we’re able to deliver useful support, training and technical documentation to our customers in a more efficient way.
We also receive support from partner, Wincor Nixdorf.
Wincor Nixdorf provide us Technical Support Group with first line assistance through their Australian based technical team. Second line support provided by their centres in Singapore and Shanghai, and third line support through Wincor Nixdorf HQ in Paderborn, Germany.
